Kabaddi

Wolverhampton Wrestling Club are proud to announce that we are the official partners of the Kabaddi World Cup 2025.

​

As part of the Kabaddi World Cup 2025, Wolverhampton Wrestling Club are running the only Kabaddi Legacy Project across schools, faith centres and sports organisations within communities leading up to the 2025 Kabaddi World Cup Finals to be hosted in Wolverhampton.

​

Wolverhampton Wrestling Club CEO Ranjit Singh has been actively serving the community using sports as a vehicle for the last 30 years, and now the current President of the British Kabaddi Association, continues to do so. Wolverhampton Wrestling Club has 3 academies based in Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Walsall all offering pathways and opportunity to the local communities.

Ranjit Singh is also one of the founding members of the British Kabaddi League in 2022 and hosts 2 Mens teams, Wolverhampton Wolfpack and Walsall Hunters,  and one Women's team - Women's Wolfpack, players who are playing for England in the 2025 World Cup.
